British Land Award Maylim Paddington Central Phase Two

Following the success of Paddington Central Phase One, Maylim is delighted to be working on the second phase of the development. Due to commence in early May, Phase Two of Paddington Central will see further public realm development.

The new scheme, located on Kingdom Street, will increase the green space at Paddington Central. A woodland walkthrough will provide ample seating areas and a sensory planting scheme. The landscape design also incorporates an outdoor games room and inground units for seasonal pop-up events.
