Project Award: Barts Square

Maylim has been awarded the externals for Barts Square, in the historic heart of London. Located close to the iconic Smithfield Market and Barbican Station, the development complements its surroundings, respecting the character of an area that has evolved over the years.

Once completed, the 3.2-acre redevelopment will create hundreds of new apartments. In addition, it will offer a vast amount of office space and retail opportunities.

Maylim’s remit includes the construction of private gardens and courtyards for the stylish new residential apartments. The finished landscapes will combine hard and soft landscaping, allowing residents to relax and enjoy their surroundings.
