Second Win for Great Portland Estates at Rathbone Square

Rathbone Square is set to be a new business and residential hub located in London’s West End. The development is tucked away from Oxford Street, in the heart of the city. Working under Principal Contractor Lendlease, Maylim will complete the scheme’s landscaping and external works.

The square will be paved with natural stone throughout. The gardens will feature raised planters made of Portuguese granite, providing sturdy seating for the community to enjoy the space. The soft landscaping elements will include turfed areas and a wide range of vibrant and mature trees. There will also be a modern and bespoke water feature to create a calming atmosphere in this busy creative hub of central London.
