Greenford Quay Complete for Client Greystar

We are delighted to have received practical completion at Greenford Quay from client Greystar. The Greenford Quay development is a vibrant new neighborhood, located alongside the banks of the historic and picturesque Grand Union canal.

In winter 2018, Maylim was appointed as principal contractor by Greystar. We were contracted to deliver the first phase of external works surrounding the Tillerman’s Building (Phase 1B).

Phase 1B is the first phase of the overall scheme. Crucially, it is the integral part of the Greenford Quay masterplan. It not only consists of the central square, which is at the heart of the development, but also includes the canal side amphitheatre which has already become a key attraction to both residents and the public.
