Greenwich Waterfront & Phase One of The Tide Complete

Maylim has completed works on the Greenwich Riverfront scheme. The first phase of ‘The Tide’ (formally known as P5K) is also finished and opened to the public in early July. Both contracts were awarded to Maylim by urban regeneration and development company Knight Dragon.

Maylim was the principal contractor for the Riverfront scheme and an external works contractor for Mace at ‘The Tide’. The projects feature landscaped walkways, cycle paths, seating areas and the first kilometre of the highly anticipated elevated running track.
