Maylim Wins Principal BALI Award for Greenford Quay

We are delighted to announce that Maylim is a principal winner at this year’s BALI National Landscape Awards!

Greenford Quay was entered into the Hard Landscaping (non-domestic) over £500k category and fought off some tough competition to win the principal award.

Developed by Client Greystar, Greenford Quay is a new and vibrant canal-side neighbourhood. The beautiful public realm designed by housing design specialists HTA Design LLP surrounds the residential building. As Principal Contractor for the landscaping scheme Maylim led the landscape and public realm transformation. The vision for the project was to bring the previously derelict site back to life, and help to create a lasting community for both residents and visitors alike.
