Maylim Ltd hit critical date at Royston Town Centre
Maylim Limited, have successfully completed the critical surfacing element of the Royston Town Centre Regeneration which finalizes phase 3 of the town centre regeneration project. This is a further milestone of this 12 week project, with the contract well on target for completion by the end of September 2011. As part of this phase, which was carried out over the weekend of the 10th & 11th September, saw successful weeks of planning with the local business, residents, North Herts traffic Police and councillors, to ensure all closures to the town centre was carried out in this co-ordinated fashion.
Following the completion of this phase, the majority of the area at Fish Hill Square is now accessible to the public allowing all to enjoy the aesthetically pleasing public realm square early to Fish Hill Square.
The project valued at over £300k continues the new relationship with our new client at North Herts District Council And the continued relationship with landscape Architects BDP
