Maylim Limited, have successfully been awarded the S278 works at the new residential development on Spa road as part of The Bermondsey Spa regeneration works. The works planned for start in April includes the full reconstruction and paving of the Public streets around this residential development. This is the 1st project for Rooff Limited but continues our long relationship working with the London Borough of Southwark.
