Maylim Limited working closely with the Telford Homes team have achieved PC at the 1st phase of Creekside, Greenwich project. This 15 week fast track hard landscaping and external works project saw our first contract with Telford Homes been successfully delivered on the 17.09.10 and allowed for the full PC of the 1st Phase of this mixed commercial and residential development. Maylims works consisted of procuring & laying of over 3500sqm of granite paving from china, installation of granite clad walls & planters in addition to all associated civils, concrete works associated with the hard-landscape package. The works also saw the involvement of Maylim Limited carrying out the full highway works to the boundary of the site in co-ordination with the London Borough of Greenwich. Maylim Ltd is very proud of being part of this fantastic Quality development.
