Maylim limited are delighted to have been awarded the utility works, for the Angel development by SISK on Pentonville Rd. This recent award further strengthens a growing relationship with a company steeped in excellence within the construction industry. As Sisk have strived to gain a foothold within London, Maylim have sought to act as a regular supply chain partner in helping the transition into the UK’s capital for an Irish giant.
The project entrusts Maylim to deliver the installation of a system of ducting and associated manholes within an area littered with existing services & utilities. Added to this was the stipulation to achieve a target date within 3 weeks to complete in order to allow UKPN to complete pre arranged jointing & cabling works. Maylim have embraced the responsibility to carry out these challenging works within a site limited for space but constantly working to achieve a zero injuries, zero service strike record, this in keeping with Sisk’s ethos.
The project will tie together the considerable experience of a utilities team regularly called upon by clients to not only complete high end paving projects, in a sense rolling out the red carpet, but to be competent and capable in delivering sub surface utility works on time & with zero accidents. The project is seen as stepping stone in cementing Maylim’s role as a regular civil & landscaping contractor for SISK.
