Maylim Limited, have successfully negotiated with Telford Homes the 2nd Phase of Creekside Greenwich. The success of phase 1 and the quality of the delivery of the civils, highways and hard-landscaping package has given confidence to Telford Homes in negotiating the phase 2 works with Maylim Ltd. Phase 2 due to start in October this year will see the programme run over various sequences concentrating on the close co-ordination whilst Telford carry out the building of the last 3 blocks, with a completion date proposed for the end of March 2012. This development of mixed commercial and residential is one of many developments being constructed by Telford Homes throughout the south east and this award continues the strengthening of our relationship with the Telford team.
