Maylim Limited has successfully completed the hardlandscaping & Civils works to phase 1 of the Public Realm Project at Canada Water. The 14 week project combined intense co-ordination and logistic interfaces with TFL on both fronts with the London Buses side of Canada Water Bus Station and to TFL tube lines in relation to Canada Water Jubilee line station. The project incorporating the complete reconstruction of the Forecourt of the bus station, by methods of mainly hand excavation around the areas of the bus station to avoid the top roof of the station roof box was completed in advance of the original planned programme dates. The project finished in an integral pattern of mixed Chinese granite grouted into place with stientec jointing, was carried out in phases to ensure both pedestrian and emergency access was maintained at all times.
