Maylim Limited, after weeks of negotiations, has been awarded the £1.4m hardlandscaping and Civils package for the external works at The Creekside development for Telford Homes. The Works due to start on site in May is our first project for Telford Homes and we are delighted to be part of this high quality hardlandscaping scheme. The project will see us working alongside, Jenkins & Potter, Squire & Partners & The London Borough of Greenwich and the project itself will be carried out in numerous phased areas to allow interface while the 3 buildings are being built. The project involves all the civils works including the installation of a bespoke stainless steel drainage system, and all associated highway works to the boundary of the site. The area is then completed with over 3000sqm of Chinese granite paving and all associated granite clad steps, curved walls and granite clad rill type water feature running down the communal area of the site. The works are due to be completed in Sept 2010.
