Maylim Limited, through several weeks of negotiations, has finally secured the superb Phase 2 hard landscaping Public Realm project at Canada Water. The project will see Maylim Limited Working again with Edco, Watermans , M3 Consulting all in conjunction with British Land and The London Borough of Southwark. The project consists of constructing a new Public Square to the area around the New Iconic shaped Southwark Library presently being built for completion in the summer 2011. The works will consist of the design development of the full hard & Soft Landscaping to the new square and the highway works along Surrey Quays road. The project consists of the supply and installation of over 3500sqm of Chinese granite, including new cladding and steps along the edge of the basin. Our works will also included all associated drainage, civils, electrical and soft elements to the square and all associated new bespoke lighting and soft landscaping. Maylim Limited as Main Contractor will start on site the 22 week contract during February 2011.
