Maylim Limited is pleased to announce the award, as main contractor, of Phase 1 of the Public Realm project to the New Canada Water Plaza area. The New public realm project is part of British-Lands regeneration of the Area around Canada Water Station incorporating the New Southwark Library currently being built by ISG Jackson. The project incorporating the reconstruction and paving of the bus station forecourt to the Canada Water Bus station and an area in front of the new Barretts Mixed use Residential and Commercial units, is planned to start on site in March with a May completion date. Our works will see the works being integrated with the closure to allow the highway works to be completed to the bus station and to be carried out by working in phases to ensure public and emergency access around/to the Jubilee line Tube station. The project sees us working again with Edco, Watermans, The London Borough of Southwark and British Land.
