Maylim Limited, have been awarded the S278/Hardlandscaping project at the Argent Kings Cross development. The 19 week programme will see Maylim Limited carry out the full realignment and reconstruction of the footways along York way which will form the new frontages to the 2 new residential and commercial buildings of R04 and R05. Our works will involve the co-ordination of all the utilities along the footway to allow the construction of the 3 new entrances to the development within our works and will see the footways completed in York stone and granite paving with the works complemented with the installation of numerous 45cm girth trees, associated cycle stands and street lighting all combined to enhance the regeneration of York Way. This project continues our relationship with the team from Carillion following our successful completion of the Merchant Square Hard landscaping project at Paddington.
