Maylim Limited after the award of this project back in February 2010, have started the 1st phase of the works at Merchant Square (Building E) for European Land. Maylim ltd as Main Contractor for the hardlandscaping works for building E, have spent the last 4 months carrying out the design and procurement of the elements for the project to allow the swift 14 week programme be carried out. The works will see the completion of all elements of the external works to the West, South and North areas of the new Marks & Spencer’s Head Quarters in Paddington.
