Maylim Limited, started the Town Centre Regeneration Project at Royston for North Herts District Council. The 12 week project will see the full regeneration of the area called Fish Hill Square at Royston and will see the construction of new granite paved areas to create a newly enhanced public realm area for the local Business and residents of the area. The works will be completed with the implementation of a new lighting scheme, numerous granite seating areas and all complimented by the installation of new trees.
The project due to finish in late September saw works start along Jeeps Lane and to a new attenuation tank which is being constructed to improve drainage to the area.
