Maylim Limited, have successfully been awarded the £700k hardlandscaping and external works project at the Matchmakers Development for Telford Homes. Maylim Ltd due to start in October this year will see the programme run over various phases allowing handover of the numerous elements of the development by Telford Homes, through to mid April 2012.
The Matchmakers Wharf Development at the Old Lesney Factory site in Homerton, Hackney, will deliver 138 homes for sale, 71 affordable rented homes for London and Quadrant Housing Trust, 49 Artist studios pre-let on affordable terms to create immediate vibrancy and some canal side commercial space. The project is delivered in support with The Homes & Community Agency.
This development of mixed commercial and residential is one of many developments being constructed by Telford Homes throughout the south east and this award continues the strengthening of our relationship with the Telford team from our successful contract at Creekside Greenwich.
