One Crown Place External Works Awarded by Mace

One Crown Place is located within London’s Square Mile. Combining withstanding period buildings with new architecture to create a mixed-use development.

Maylim’s remit includes the installation of a stunning new courtyard consisting of a below-ground concrete planter, a complex Yorkstone paving design, and the installation of the soft landscaping scheme.

Additionally, there is a terraced area where works include a timber and steel pergola and steel gazebo with a timber slat roof. The timber decking will be finished with steel raised planters with integrated seating. A highlight feature is a granite water wall and rill, which will complete the landscaping scheme at One Crown Place.
