- The scheme comprised of Maylim constructing the new depot for McNicholas Plc’s utility division near the Blackwall Tunnel. Our works extended to the full demolition, drainage and civils works in preparation for the 40,000sqm of reinforced concrete to create this state of the art facilities and logistic dept for their Maintenance contract for EDF. In addition to this, we completed the full groundwork’s to the boundary fencing and for the installation of the accommodation and welfare units for the staff and workforce.
