One Tower Bridge – Roof Gardens
Alongside the main One Tower Bridge project, Maylim were appointed to construct the rooftop spaces for the new development of apartments for Berkeley Homes.
Overview
With breathtaking views of the iconic Tower Bridge and the London skyline it was important we created beautiful private rooftop terraces and gardens for the new tenants to enjoy. Our remit included paving the majority of the spaces, implementing heavy safety glass boundary panels, installing BBQ and outside kitchen areas as well as mixed use decking areas, some with hot tubs.
Working closely with our soft landscaping partners the raised planters are filled with a mix of colourful flora as well as box hedging and stunning trees to help create private Eden’s in the heart of the city.
