- As part of this British Land Development at Great Portland Street, Maylim Ltd, as part of the Bovis Lend Lease/Skanska infrastructure Services Team completed the full external works, including all highways to Longford Street and Osnaburgh Street junctions, to a value exceeding £6m. This Development of mixed residential and commercial office space saw the project being carried out with close co-ordination with M3 Consulting, British Land, Ardmore (building C), Skanska and Bovis Lend Lease in addition to all the numerous trade contractors.
- Maylim Ltd’s work including the full reconstruction of the highways and footways along Longford Street incorporating the busy gyratory of Osnaburgh Street and the re-signalling of the junction at A501Marylebone Road. Our close co-ordination with the London Borough of Camden and the local residents, including The White House Hotel, allowed the works to be carried out with minimal disturbance to the local community and the active busy entrance to the development.

- As part of the external works package, Maylim Ltd completed all the surface and atheistically pleasing slot and facade drains whilst co-ordinating fully with Tilbury Contracts Limited who completed the waterproofing to the underside of our concrete structures. Having 3 buildings being built at once meant clear programme and co-ordination skills were needed to ensure egress and access arrangements to all buildings was maintained and managed which ensured we completed this prestige project on time and within the quality that it deserved.
- Maylim Ltd, again working alongside the skilled masons of Miller Druck, completed all the external paving & cladding works to all 3 buildings including the private landscaped courtyard gardens to the Building C residential block. This hard landscaping project with curved finished concrete walls, polished granite planters and seating areas integrated with a superb lighting and soft landscaping design by Edco is now one of the finest examples of Public realm in London created by a great passionate team spirit.
