- As part of Transport for London’s, (London Bus’s) improvement framework programmes, to its infrastructure within the south East Bus stations. Maylim Limited is now part of a selected contractors list operating as main contractors for Transport for London carrying out improvement projects throughout London and The south East.
- With each project tendered separately under TFL’s tendering programme, Maylim Limited is in a position and has delivered projects for London Buses from values from as little as £10,000 to over £1m.
- Following the success of Canada Water bus station public realm works, where we were working alongside London Buses on behalf of British Land & the London Borough of Southwark, Maylim Ltd were chosen to be part of this select list offering the flexibility of a small contractor and the strength of a medium size main contractor with the ability to manage and coordinate the delivery of these logistically challenging projects.
- Works include close liaison with the bus station operations and TFL, with quick programmes necessary, including out of hours working to construct both carriageways, footways including the installation of street furniture and associated lighting to enhance bus stations around London and the south East.
- With Canada Water completed in March Maylim have recently completed the enhancement and improvement scheme at Worcester Park and have all been completed within the challenging programmes and constraints working closely alongside Doug Haig and his skilled management team.
