- The scheme comprised of the full public realm and regeneration scheme to Phase 2 of Walthamstow High street where by Maylim Ltd carried out all civils, drainage, highway alteration works completed by 2000sqm of Chinese granite paving. The scheme involved the installation of a new signal junction, a bespoke lighting scheme and associated street furniture and soft landscaping elements. A challenging project working in close co-ordination with the shop keepers, the public traffic and local market traders.
