Site Set Up Commences at Greenford Quay

Maylim has been appointed Principal Contractor for the first phase of the Greenford Quay development. A new client, Greystar, has awarded the £7.5m external works contract.

Maylim’s remit comprises complete design and build with a bespoke water feature and soft landscaping scheme. The hard landscaping design combines granite, resin-bound, and tarmac finishes. The scheme also includes a complex lighting scheme, WiFi security access systems and a CCTV system.
