St Helen’s Square Receives ‘Excellent’ Considerate Constructors Score

Maylim has been awarded 4.5 stars by the Considerate Constructors Scheme. As Principal Contractor at British Land’s St Helen’s Square project, we are delighted to have achieved ‘Excellent’ status. Scoring highly across all Codes of Considerate Practice, Maylim was praised for running a site that ‘gives an excellent image of the industry’.

The scheme has helped us raise the bar across the project regarding appearance, community, environment, safety and our workforce. The team’s involvement in the community included volunteering and rejuvenating a local adventure playground.
