The Broadway Public Realm & 278 Works Awarded by Multiplex

Maylim has been awarded the public realm and 278 works package at The Broadway, for Multiplex. The new mixed-use development is located on the site of the former New Scotland Yard in Westminster, London. The completed scheme will provide new residential, office and retail accommodation.

Maylim will be completing both the hard and soft scope of works, including:

• Ground floor: demolition and concrete removal works, paving build-up, granite paving and planters, slot drainage, benches and street furniture, soft landscape and irrigation.
• Level 4 podiums: timber decking, steel planter edging, benches, soft landscape and irrigation.
• Roof terraces: timber decking with planter pots, soft landscape and irrigation.
• 278 works package.

Maylim’s dedicated project team are due to commence works at The Broadway in early April.
