Work Recommences at IQL Pavilion, Stratford

Our project team have commenced work on the final phase of the Pavilion at Stratford’s International Quarter London (IQL). Having already completed projects at Endeavour Square (Phase 1 & 2) and S9, we were delighted to be welcomed back by client Lendlease.

Designed by ACME architects, the amphitheatre-style Pavilion is constructed predominately out of sustainable timber. The building will house a three-floor restaurant and a rooftop bar offering beautiful city views.

Maylim is delighted to be collaborating, once again, with award-winning landscape architecture practice Gustafson, Porter and Bowman to complete the external works and landscape package. The scheme continues our work on the previous two projects at IQL. The same paving design and planting scheme will tie all three projects together seamlessly.

Our team are due to complete work at the Pavilion in March 2021.
