Works Begin at Auriens Chelsea For Multiplex

Located close to London’s iconic shopping destination King’s Road, Auriens Chelsea is a brand-new luxury retirement home.

Maylim are delighted to have won the external works package, awarded by design and build contractors, Multiplex. Our skilled project team are completing 278 works and hard landscaping to both the ground and first floors. Concrete works will be completed, as well as the installation of a granite paving scheme.

We will also be installing the soft landscaping package, complemented by two beautiful water features in the large courtyard gardens.

Our works on the 26-week programme began in early July.
