Paddington Central Complete for British Land

In preparation for the new Crossrail station, redevelopment in Paddington is increasing. Paddington Central is a new development comprising retail outlets, commercial buildings and a new public realm.

British Land contracted Maylim to complete the external works package for phase one. The scheme has created more light and space, planting slimmer and shorter trees. Now complete, the new public realm provides more places for the community to relax and enjoy their surroundings.
