St Helen’s Square Receives ‘Excellent’ Considerate Constructors Score

Maylim have been awarded 4.5 stars by the Considerate Constructors Scheme as Principal Contractors at British Land’s St Helen’s Square project. Scoring highly across all Codes of Considerate Practice we were praised for running a site that ‘gives an excellent image of the industry’.

The scheme has helped us to raise the bar across the project in regards to appearance, community, environment, safety and our workforce. As part of the scheme we volunteered at the Evergreen Play Association, a local community project.
