Maylim Company-Wide HSEQ Conference 2019
On Friday, 5th July, we held our first company-wide HSEQ conference of the year. All Maylim projects were closed for the afternoon, allowing all team members to attend.
The afternoon focused on on-site safety, well-being, and health. Guest speaker Elvin Box spoke to the Maylim team about his battle with prostate cancer and experiences with mental health.
The conference was kept interactive and engaging and was used as an open forum, enabling any questions to be answered by the senior management team. The afternoon also included some team-building exercises to help demonstrate the importance of good communication skills.
