Laing O’Rourke has taken on a £160m project to Guy’s Hospital to build a cancer research and care centre.

The building construction design is to be modern and vibrant, with each external level having a different colour. To keep in line with this, Maylim will create a bold and spacious external area. Soft Landscaping will include planting mature trees around the building to brighten the space.

The project will also include delivering the S278 works, where Maylim will improve the public highways surrounding the building.
