Imperial College Contract Secured for ISG

Maylim has been awarded the external works contract for the £61m state-of-the-art fit-out project at the Imperial College London.

The £3.2m hard and soft landscaping scheme involves a significant ground works package installing a 28-way UKPN duct upgrade. The project also includes demolishing existing concrete retaining walls and installing a retaining wall to access to the UKPN substation.

Granite and concrete paving will enhance the area, featuring a large precast concrete raised water feature. The soft landscaping scheme aims to bring in more greenery, including various trees and shrubs. The team will also be installing a new street lighting scheme.
