On Saturday 11th May, Maylim proudly participated in the Mental Health World Cup 2024 at QPR’s Loftus Road Stadium to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. This year’s event was the largest yet, with 384 players, 1,000 spectators, and 60 children taking part. Nearly £190,000 was raised for mental health charities, including CALM.

The Mental Health World Cup, launched in 2012, has become the UK’s leading charity 5-a-side football tournament focused on suicide prevention. It brings together friends, colleagues, and businesses to support crucial mental health initiatives. The event not only raises funds but also fosters a sense of community and awareness around mental health issues.

Maylim’s involvement highlights our commitment to supporting well-being and mental health initiatives. The significant funds raised will support CALM and other vital mental health projects, helping to save lives and promote well-being. We are proud to have been part of this impactful event and look forward to next year’s tournament.
