Work Begins at Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross

Following Maylim’s success at numerous projects across the King’s Cross masterplan, we have commenced work on the highly anticipated Coal Drops Yard scheme.

The historic Victorian buildings and arches, formally used in the coal mining trade, are being restored and renovated. The viaducts will soon be home to a new shopping district, a music venue and further cultural and creative spaces.

Maylim will be completing all paving and external works for the scheme.

Coal Drops Yard is due to open to the public in Autumn 2018.
