Transforming Brill Place Public Realm

Works are underway for the Maylim team at Brill Place. Camden Council has appointed Maylim as the principal contractor for the landscape transformation near King’s Cross St. Pancras station.

Brill Place Tower, also known as Grand Central Apartments, is a dynamic new 22-storey development featuring 68 residential apartments.

Designed by DSDHA (Exchange Square), the vision for the new public realm emphasises landscape and communal spaces over individual plots. The revitalised green space will serve as an enhanced recreational area for the community, boasting new footpaths, planters, benches, lighting, dog-spend areas, an outdoor fitness area, and a basketball court.

The team commenced work in April, with the completion of the new public realm anticipated in Autumn 2024.
