BALI Announce Winners of the 2022 National Landscape Awards

We are delighted to announce that two Maylim projects have been recognised at this year’s BALI National Landscape Awards.

Located above the tracks of London Liverpool Street Station, Exchange Square is a brand-new 1.5-acre public park. Upon completion, it has created four times more green space at Broadgate. As Principal Contractor for the scheme, Maylim is thrilled to be named as an award-winner within the Hard Landscaping Construction (non-domestic) – Over £500K category.

In addition, Lancer Square has been awarded in the Residential Roof Garden or Podium Landscaping – Over £250K category. This is the first time Maylim has been cited in this category (and hopefully not the last)!

Everyone on the Judging Panel feels the responsibility to ensure they are recognising truly exceptional, client focussed solutions. We are also excited to see a growing focus towards integrating environmental and sustainable solutions within the practical requirements of the project.”

The National Landscape Awards ceremony will again be held at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, on 2 December 2022. The Principal, Special, and the prestigious Grand Award winners will all be revealed at the ceremony.
