Maylim Joins Forces With BOST Future Gardeners Programme

Maylim is delighted to become a supporter of the Future Gardeners programme, delivered by Bankside Open Spaces Trust.

Managing Director, Thomas O’Mahony, and Business Development Director, Alistair Bayford, recently visited Future Gardeners. Speaking with the group they introduced Maylim and spoke about career opportunities available in the industry.

Future Gardeners is an innovative training and work experience scheme which was established in 2016. The scheme gives participants the core skills to gain entry level jobs in the horticulture industry without having any previous experience or specialist education.

In 2022, along with supporting the training scheme through workshops and career advice, Maylim will be supporting two traineeships. These placements provide an initial work placement with the potential opportunity to lead to of full-time employment at Maylim.
