In January 2018, Maylim commenced work on various projects as part of the King’s Cross Infrastructure. Maylim is currently agreeing on a framework contract and the value of the schemes, working as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer.

Our project teams are currently working on the landscaping for buildings S2, R1 and Jellicoe Gardens. Maylim’s for these schemes include hard and soft landscaping, electrical works and hoarding.

These projects are set to be completed by July 2018. However, this date will be extended when other works are confirmed and instructed.
