Maylim Awarded One Nine Elms Scheme

Located within the new Nine Elms district in Wandsworth, One Nine Elms forms the eastern gateway from Vauxhall. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates the project comprises two landmark high-rise buildings; referred to as City Tower and River Tower. Once complete, they will become the tallest residential towers in Europe.

City Tower is a 57 storey tower exclusively for residential occupation. It features an observation deck located at level 56 offering impressive views across the capital. River Tower is a mixed-use building with both residential and hotel facilities; the smaller of the two towers, spanning 42 storeys. The hotel incorporates the podium and lower levels of the tower with the residential apartments from level 20 upward. City and River Tower are connected at level 1 by a link bridge, accessible via the Podium block.

Working for Multiplex under a JCT Design and Build sub-contract Maylim is delivering the ground floor public realm and terraced landscapes, designed by LDA Design. The hard landscaping package includes a lighting scheme and water features. The soft landscaping features green wall and irrigation system installations across the development.
