Maylim Complete Paddington Phase Two for British Land

Maylim’s work on the second phase of the Paddington Central project is now complete. Maylim completed the first phase of the  project in 2015. Following the success of phase one, British Land awarded Maylim the external works for the second phase. We received practical completion at the end of February this year.

In line with the arrival of crossrail, the public space surrounding the station has been part of a huge redevelopment scheme.

Maylim’s remit included re-paving Kingdom Street and its surrounding areas. We also created a woodland garden, a games room and spacious seating areas. These facilities are now ready to be enjoyed by the new residents of the commercial buildings.
