One Crown Place Complete & Welcomes New Residents

Located on the border of where Shoreditch and City of London meet, One Crown Place is a mixed-use development that combines both old and new architecture.

The newly-built towers and renovated Georgian townhouses offer high-end residential apartments, office and retail space, as well as a boutique hotel and restaurant.

Working for Principal Contractor Mace, Maylim commenced work on the scheme in September 2020. Our project team completed the external works package for the ground level courtyard and level 7 rooftop terrace.

After receiving practical completion in May 2021, One Crown Place has started to welcome its first residents.
