Works Commence at City Gate House in Finsbury Square

Works have recently begun on the landscaping package at City Gate House, awarded by Principal Contractor Mace. Located in Finsbury Square in the City of London, City Gate House was previously occupied by Bloomberg as their HQ.

The building was purchased by Brookfield and has since undergone major refurbishment works, including structural interventions and a series of rooftop and lightwell infill extensions.

Working to an accelerated programme, Maylim are completing two lightwells, located to the East and West of the building. Other works include waterproofing, insulation and decking and a larger courtyard space with waterproofing, insulation and paving works.
