St Helen’s Square Receives Practical Completion

Having commenced upon this prestigious project in May 2017, Maylim has now received Practical Completion at St Helen’s Square for client British Land / Aviva. St Helen’s Square is one of the largest open spaces in The City and we are delighted with the final result.

As Principal Contractor for this project, Maylim managed and delivered the project from design development through to final completion. Our remit included all aspects of the hard and soft landscaping and externals works. The area is now bright and spacious with plenty of seating areas. Raised planters and the soft landscaping scheme soften the square’s built up and urban surroundings.
