HTA Design is an interdisciplinary practice renowned for shaping some of the UK’s and the world’s most influential housing projects, landscapes and places to live. Its work brings together architecture, landscape and urban design to create distinctive, sustainable neighbourhoods and high-quality public realm.

Key projects include the large-scale regeneration of Greenford Quay in Ealing, estate renewal at the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark, the UK’s first major zero-carbon community at Hanham Hall in Bristol, and two of the world’s tallest modular towers – Ten Degrees and College Road in Croydon. HTA also led the greening of the Canary Wharf masterplan, including the award-winning Eden Dock, demonstrating the practice’s strength in delivering landscape-led transformation in dense urban settings.

Tectonix is an innovative external surfaces company, providing specialist natural stone solutions for the landscaping industry across the UK and beyond.

The business works with landscape architects, architects, contractors, developers and local authorities to source and supply natural stone paving, masonry and bespoke external landscape products. Its role is to help take well-considered designs through to well-made places, with the material knowledge, technical input and practical support required to make that happen.

The team brings more than 70 years of combined experience in procuring natural stone from around the world and supplying it into the heart of the commercial and residential built environment. That experience spans material selection, samples, technical advice, drawings, value engineering, procurement and logistics. It also means understanding the detail behind a successful scheme: how stone will be used, how it needs to perform and how it can be delivered reliably within the realities of a live programme.

Tectonix has a national reach and contributed to schemes including the King Charles Street Quadrangle at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Wilton Park in Dublin, Regent’s Park and Grosvenor Square Gardens, alongside multiple public realm projects across the City of London, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire and further afield.

Natural stone is a material with real character, but it demands care and judgement. Tectonix works closely with trusted quarry and manufacturing partners across the UK, Europe, Africa and South East Asia to find the right material, finish and solution for each project.

Relationships matter at Tectonix. The company has grown through being responsive, straightforward and easy to work with, building long-term partnerships with clients, suppliers and project teams alike. This approach has seen Tectonix recognised in the FEBE Growth 100, a list celebrating some of Britain’s fastest-growing founder-led businesses.
