10 Fenchurch Avenue Externals Awarded by Sir Robert McAlpine

10 Fenchurch Avenue is a new 15-storey office development designed by Eric Parry Architects.

The building is designed to be minimal and contemporary with sharp contours. Maylim’s work on the externals will mirror this design, with clean-cut hard landscaping and quality craftsmanship and materials maintained across the scheme.

Maylim’s project team will commence works on 10 Fenchurch Avenue in early October.
