Contract Awarded for 65 Davies Street

65 Davies Street is a Multiplex commercial development project located in London’s West End. The project is designed by PLP Architecture and features 65,000 square feet of commercial space in a prominent position close to Crossrail’s Bond Street Station.

The building features a contemporary design that blends with the surrounding historic architecture of the area. The external works package is predominately soft, alongside the installation of planters across the terraces. Across six floors, landscaping has been incorporated across the building’s balconies, terraces and façade.

Including landscaping in this way creates a positive environment that provides occupiers access to outdoor spaces for socialising, relaxation or even al fresco meetings!

Works are due to commence in April 2023 and are set to complete in the summer.
