Earnshaw Building External Works Contract Awarded

Maylim has been awarded the external works contract for The Earnshaw Building on New Oxford Street. The team will work closely with Principal Contractor Skanska to deliver the project to the highest standard and programme.

The new mixed-use development will feature an 11-storey commercial office. Alongside, there will be a block of 18 residential apartments with ground-floor retail and restaurant units.

Maylim’s scope of work includes groundwork, drainage, and hard and soft landscaping. A bespoke lighting scheme, handrails and street furniture will also be installed. The scheme will involve creating unique features, such as etched concrete and bespoke metal planters, which support the visual appeal of the development.

Maylim will commence work at Earnshaw Building in May 2023, with the programme due to be complete this summer.
